Snehan involves a therapeutic oil massage from head to toe using bare hands to nourish tissues and prepare the body for detox. Swedan, a herbal steam therapy, helps open pores and flush out toxins. Yog Basti, a medicated enema therapy, cleanses the colon and balances Vata dosha. Together, these therapies aid in toxin removal, address the root cause of imbalances, and improve metabolism, supporting better diabetes management naturally. Diabetes management includes 8 sessions of Yog Basti and 2 sessions of Netra Tarpan (Eye Bath).
